Romaine specialises in individual, team and leadership development, focusing largely on behaviour and the impact of that behaviour. She is particularly interested in the ‘psychological contract’ and all of her work is based on the underpinning principle of “valuing differences, bridging gaps”.
With over 25 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources, Romaine has developed a wide range of people-development skills. She has spent much of the last 30 years living and working in a multi-cultural environment, including several years in France, Italy, UK and USA.
Alison has been designing and delivering leadership development programmes in large organisations across the financial, transport, engineering, medical technology and retail sectors since 1988. Whilst working with Grandmet, Thorn EMI and House of Fraser, where she had accountability for corporate learning and development strategy, has particularly given her the experience and motivation to support leaders and organisations through times of significant organisational change.
Clare has many years’ experience in executive and management consulting and is skilled in individual assessment and development. She has contributed to a number of team development initiatives and successfully coached a number of high-potential managers, achieving effective behaviour change.
Building on over 15 years’ experience in international corporate training & development, HR business partnering and marketing, in conjunction with a “Co-active” coaching certification and In-company coaching experience, Danny aims to support and develop senior managers individually and within teams to achieve their full potential.
A senior trainer and coach, Edith supports managers and leaders in the development of their skills, in the management of complex professional situations, as well as in career transition phases. She offers them reading grids and simple tools to help them better understand their difficulties and how to address them. Her frame of reference is made of Transactional analysis inputs, as well as of Wil Schutz’s researches. She also largely relies on the systemic approach as well as on Coach & Team concepts.
Gwen Booth has a passion for working with individuals and organisations who are in transition, collaboratively helping them to improve performance and achieve organisational and cultural change. With over 15 years’ experience working on major transformation projects, Gwen is able to draw on this practical experience to support and enhance her consultancy and coaching work.
Since moving to France in 1990, Helen has worked primarily in the areas of development, training, assessment and recruitment. She has designed and delivered training in performance management and related management skills, talent development, personal effectiveness and competency based interviewing. She has also facilitated action learning based leadership development programmes. She has regularly been involved in assessment and development centres, often followed by individual coaching follow-up sessions, together with 360 feedback sessions. She has considerable experience of working on international projects, not only because she is able to deliver services in both French and English and has a good understanding of cultural issues, but also because she is appreciated by clients for her openness, good humour and perceptiveness.
Johanna specializes in helping leaders develop. Her own business experience from 1991, including 5+ years as a Senior Consultant at Personnel Decisions International (PDI) in Geneva, has given her a solid understanding of how leaders develop and the kind of challenges they face.
Paul has wide-ranging experience of both leadership training and people development. Since the early 1970s he has worked with individuals and groups across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Sue is an experienced, dynamic HR Executive with excellent business acumen achieved over 15 years at board level and international experience in blue-chip manufacturing and technical environments.
