Leonard Liu
Leonard Liu has had over 14 year’s experience of corporate training, human resource development and organization development. In the last ten years he has been working in Key Consulting Ltd. as the General Manager and Principal Consultant. During this time, he participated over thirty training & consulting projects for multinational companies, Chinese Government, European Union, United Nations, British Council, British Embassy, DFID, etc. The projects are related to people capacity building, Leadership Development, Organization Change and Development, Project Conflicts Handling, and Government Legislation. He has delivered over 70 days of training every year on Leadership, Creativity and Problem Solving, and Team Building.
From 1994 to 1997 Leonard was the Regional Training Consultant of Motorola China. He was in charge of Motorola's External Relationship Training, which includes exchanging training services with other multinational companies, training people from State Owned Enterprises, setting up multinational companies training committee, etc. He was also in charge of the training for Motorola Shanghai, Guzngzhou, and Chengdu Branch Companies. To do so, he lead a team of 20 training professionals to carry out overall training & development strategies that covered over 1500 employees.
Leonard participated many training and certificate programs delivered by Motorola University, Northwest University, Pennsylvania State University, Beijing University and Nankai University. His knowledge and skills of consulting and training guaranteed the success of the projects he involved in the past 8 years.
Leonard is the first and the only Master Trainer in China to deliver “The Leadership Challenge Work Shop” and “The Leadership Practice Inventory” (360 degree leadership evaluation system). He is one of the translators to translate Kouzes & Posner’s new book A Leader’s Legacy into Chinese. Leonard is one of the seven Steering Committee Members of ASTD China.
Frank Mu
Frank Mu has been involved in the training field since 2002 when he started delivering teambuilding and leadership programs in Genesis Education Group. He delivered an average of 200 training days each year.
In 2006, Frank joined Key Consulting. He is certified to deliver the MBTI® (Myers-Britt Type Indicator) and the Leadership Challenge® Workshop. He has also designed different programs according to the customers demand. During this period, He took an important role in many training projects for multinational companies and state-owned companies, aiming to help the organizations improve their people’s leadership and management skills. He is specialized in leadership, performance management, problem solving, as well as team building.
From 1998 to 2002 Frank ran his own company as deputy manager. He and his team grew the business’s revenue from scratch to 65 million in 4 years time. He was mainly responsible for marketing and HR. These experiences greatly benefited his training career. Before 1998, he had worked with several state-owned companies, and multinational companies. This background helped him understand the effectiveness of different leadership styles, according to the different corporate cultures. This rich experience is what motivates him to share these understanding with others today.

Fred Wang
Before he becomes the Deputy General Manager and Senior Consultant of Key Consulting Ltd., Mr. Fred Wang has worked in different types of organizations, like US-based Training and Consulting Firm, German-based and US-based multinational companies, central governmental ministries, as well as private and local companies, in the field of petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, biological industries, telecommunication, and real estate development. Over the last 12 years, Mr. Wang has held a series of middle and senior managerial positions respectively in these organizations in China.
His working experience is quite rich and thorough in HR field, which can be shown in two aspects: 1) He has held almost every HR position from a clerk to specialist, then to HR manager, and to HR director and VP; 2) his job responsibility covers all HR functions and expertise in recruitment and employment, compensation and benefits, staff training and development, performance management and appraisal, and organization behavior and culture.
As a senior HR Consultant, Mr. Wang provides Human Resources and Organization Development consulting services in identifying client needs, design interventions and monitor implantations. Consulting fields include employee career planning, performance management, succession planning, organization design, whole systems interventions, retention strategy and leadership development. Clients include Motorola, Shell China, BP, HI-P, Novartis, etc.
Fred also has some years of working experience in commercial negotiation, project evaluation and project management for UN granted loans projects and Sino-foreign joint venture projects when he was a governmental official in the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of China.
Mr. Wang was graduated from Peking University in 1988 with a bachelor degree of Arts. He is a Certified trainer of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Leadership Greatness, What Matters Most, etc. He is certified with 360 degree feedback and is in the progress of being certified by MBTI.
